Riding in the Rain

ඒ අස්සෙන් Cigarettes after sex ලගෙ Cry Album එකත් ලාවට play වෙනවා.

Riding a bike in the rain is risky and stupid. I agree completely. But when heading to certain destinations, getting caught in the rain gives a weird kick.

It used to be a nightmare—clothes getting wet, itching everywhere. But now that I have proper gear, it’s fine.

Here’s the scenario: You’re on a half-jungle road and it starts raining. The sound of the rain dropping around you mixed with the bassy exhaust note—it’s an absolute trip. Raindrops hit my face, but I don’t get wet. My hands freeze. It’s soaking wet outside. (If the pants aren’t covered properly, the itching starts. That sucks).

But riding through the rain without getting wet is an elite feeling. I love my green helmet so much because I feel incredibly comfortable inside it. The mind wanders.

You aren’t twisting the throttle; it feels automated. The bike just goes. I zone out into my own world, with Cigarettes After Sex’s ‘Cry’ album playing softly.

A week’s worth of stress and pain washes away in minutes with the raindrops hitting the helmet. Everything stops. Even the bike’s sound fades out.

CRASH

Motherf***ing cow jumped into the road!

The End.
