මම මේ වෙනකන් පාවිච්චි කරපු production වලට පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුලුවන් සහ පාවිච්චි කරපු AI rank කලොත්,
- Allrounder භාණ්ඩේ: Kling 3.0 / Omni
මට සෙට් වෙච්ච models වලින් හැම අතින්ම balance එක මේක. Text based වෙච්ච prompts වලදි මේ models දෙකේම එහෙම කියන්න තරම් ලොකු වෙනසක් නැහැ. හැබැයි දැනට තියෙන ඒවයින් මට හම්බවෙච්ච කීකරුම එක තමයි මේ. Physics සහ Realism කියන දෙකම සෑහෙන්න දුරට balance කරන්න පුලුවන් වගේම මේක sora, seedance වගේ අපිවත් විකිණෙන ගානක් වෙන්නෙ නෑ.
- Seedance 2.0
මේ දවස් ටිකේ share වෙන අර තායි කෙල්ලගෙ video එක දැක්කනම් හිතාගන්න පුලුවන්නේ කොච්චර දුරට realism කියන එක මේ seedance model එකට පුලුවන්ද කියලා. හරියට reference image එක feed කලානම් almost realistic output එකක් එලියට ගන්න පුලුවන් මේකෙන්. හැබැයි මුට කෙවිටන්න ඕනේ, නැත්තං කියන මෙලෝ මලදානයක් තේරෙන්නෙ නැහැ. Kling එකත් එක්ක බලද්දි ඒ වගේ 3, 4 ගුනයක් මේකට වියදම් කරන්න ඕනේ.
- Wan 2.2
ඔයා ගාව හොද setup එකක් තියෙනවා නම් සහ පට්ට ඉවසීමක් තියෙනවා නම් ගන්න හොදම model එකක් තමයි මේක. ComfyUI එකේ run කරලා ControlNet දාලා පාවිච්චි කරන්න කිරිටොයියා බඩුව. Passes 15,20 වගේ දුන්නට පස්සේ අතරමැද්දෙ එන artifacts එහෙම සෑහෙන්න අඩුවෙලා physics උනත් සෑහෙන්න හොද මට්ටමකට එනවා.
හැබැයි මේකට සෑහෙන වෙලාවක් යනවා (පැයක් දෙකක් ඉදන් 7ක් 8ක් විතර වෙනකන් වෙලා යන්න පුලුවන්) හැබැයි ඉතිං open source නිසා ඕනි විදියට හදාගන්න පුලුවන්. ControlNet තියෙන නිසා අපිට ඕනි output එක ගොඩක්ම ලගට ගන්න පුලුවන්. මේක ඉතිං RTX 4070 ක් වත් තියේනම් සුපිරී. හැබැයි setup කරගන්න ටිකක් අමාරුයි.
- Google Veo Family එක
හොදම audio සෙට් උනේ මේකෙන්. සිංහල, දෙමල බැරිනම් කන්නඩා හරි කියන පමාවට දෙනවා. මෙතන තියෙන ලොකුම කොස්ස තමයි ගූගල්ලා පට්ට model එකක් release කරලා ටික දවසකින් ඒක බුල කෙලින්න පටන් ගන්න එක. ආපු ගමන් කරන්න බැරි දෙයක් නෑ. ඒත් පහුවෙද්දි Miata එකක photo එකක් ඉල්ලුවම Mia Khalifa ගේ photo එකක් දෙන ලෙවල් එකෙන් බුල කෙලිනවා (Nanobanana එහෙම පාවිච්චි කරපු අයට ඔය අත්දැකීම ඇති). Prompt adherence එහෙමත් හද්දම චාටර්. Inputs 10ක් දුන්නොත් 7ක්ම අදාලම නැති ඒවා දෙන්නේ. (දැන් බුල කෙලියට ආපු කාලේ අපිත් හෙල්ලුන models තමයි මේවා. ❤️ හදවතේ)
- ඉස්සර හොදට වැඩ කරපු දැන් මැට්ටෙක් උනු AI ලෝකේ Nokia: Runway
මම මුලින්ම AI generation එකක් කලේ Runway එකෙන්. ඒ කාලේ හැටියට මට පිස්සු හැදෙන ලෙවල් එකට ඒකෙ output එක සහ controls තිබුනා. හැබැයි මෙයාලා තරගකාරයෝ එක්ක බලද්දි race එකේ පොඩ්ඩක් පස්සෙන් ඉන්නෙ දැන්. අනික් අය 1080, 4K වගේ යද්දි මෙයාලා තාමත් 720p generate කරන්නේ. Start / End screen input දෙන එක උනත් සෑහෙන limited. ඉස්සර තිබ්බ හොද tools අයින් කරලා තියෙන්නේ (Outpainting tool එකක් තිබ්බා ඒක ගින්දර). අනික generation time සහ credit කේස් එක නිසා මමනම් පාවිච්චි කරනවා සෑහෙන්න අඩුයි (තාම පාවිච්චි කරන කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් කියන්ඩ).
Upscaling Models Ranking
මීට අමතරව මට සෙට් උනු හොදම Upscaling models ටිකකුත් දාන්නම්:
- Magnific: මේක තමයි දැනට මට සෙට් වෙච්ච හොදම එක. AI artifacts fix කරන්න සහ අවුල් වෙච්ච details ආපහු අරගන්න වගේ වැඩවලටත් මට සෑහෙන්න උදව් වෙලා තියෙනවා මේක. හැබැයි හෙන වෙලාවක් යනවා සහ අම්මටසිරිවෙන්න ගනන්.
- Topaz: ගෙවන ගානට වටින practical upscaler එකක් මේක. මෙයාලගෙ එක එක scenario එකට හරියන්න models 10ක් විතර තියෙනවා. Frame rate convert කරන්න වගේ වැඩවලටත් සිරාවටම මාර උදව්වක් දෙන්නේ.
මම ඔය කියාපු දේවල් මම production level එකේ වැඩ වලට පාවිච්චි කරද්දි මුහුණදුන්න අත්දැකීම්. ඔයාලගෙත් මේ tools ගැන අත්දැකීම් තියෙනවා නම් කියන්න.

This is my second article on AI video models.
If I rank all the AI models I’ve actually deployed and tested for real-world production work:
- The Ultimate All-Rounder: Kling 3.0 / Omni
Out of all the models I’ve used, this offers the most balanced performance across the board.
With purely text-based prompts, there isn’t a massive difference between these two versions. But in terms of obedience, this is the most compliant model I’ve ever used. It manages to strike a solid balance between real-world physics and visual realism, and unlike Sora or Seedance, it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg per render.
- Seedance 2.0
If you saw that viral Thai girl video circulating recently, you already know the absurd level of realism Seedance 2.0 can pull off. If you feed it a properly shot reference image, it outputs almost hyper-realistic results. However, you basically have to whip the prompt; otherwise, it won’t understand a damn thing you ask. Compared to Kling, it costs 3 to 4 times more to generate.
- Wan 2.2
If you have a great local setup and immense patience, this is one of the best models available. Running it in ComfyUI with ControlNet yields incredible results. After 15 to 20 passes, rendering artifacts drop significantly and physics reach an impressive level of accuracy.
However, renders take considerable time (anywhere from 1-2 hours up to 7-8 hours). But since it’s open-source, you can customize it endlessly. ControlNet allows you to guide the output very close to your exact creative intent.
An RTX 4070 or better is ideal for this, though setup takes some effort.
- The Google Veo Family
Delivered the best audio integration by far.
Whether it’s Sinhala, Tamil, or Kannada, it generates spoken audio rapidly.
The main catch with Google is that they launch an incredible model, and within weeks it begins degrading. At launch, it could handle anything. Later on, asking for a Miata photo might net you a photo of Mia Khalifa instead.
Prompt adherence also hit rock bottom over time. Out of 10 prompt inputs, 7 would return completely off-target outputs. (Still, when they first dropped, these models shook the scene. ❤️ Respect).
- The Former Champion Turned Slow Mover: Runway
I rendered my very first AI clip using Runway. At the time, its controls and output blew my mind. But compared to current competitors, Runway has fallen slightly behind in the race.
While others output 1080p or 4K, Runway still defaults to 720p.
Start/End frame inputs remain heavily limited, and great legacy tools (like their outpainting feature) were stripped out.
Between slow generation times and heavy credit consumption, I rarely use it these days.
Upscaling Models Ranking
- Magnific: Still the single best upscaler I’ve used. Extremely useful for fixing AI artifacts and recovering lost detail. However, renders take time and pricing is steep.
- Topaz: Extremely practical upscaler that’s worth every penny. Includes around 10 distinct models tailored for different scenarios. Especially great for frame rate interpolation.
These observations stem directly from real-world production experience. If you’ve been testing these tools, let me know your thoughts!
